Refund Policy

At Sole Source Concrete Repair, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the clarity of our process. While most of our services are non-refundable due to the hands-on, customized nature of our work, we do believe in fairness, accountability, and clear expectations.

1. Deposits and Upfront Payments

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve materials or subcontractor time.
This deposit is non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed and materials are ordered.

In the event of cancellation:

• If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be credited toward a future service (one time only).

• If cancellation occurs within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

2. Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the custom and manual nature of concrete repair services, all completed work is non-refundable. This includes:

• Crack repair

• Surface blending

• Polyurethane lifting

• Sealing or prep work

However, if you believe there is a defect in workmanship, you may be eligible for a one-time re-repair under our SoleGuard™ Limited Lifetime Warranty, provided the issue falls within the warranty scope.

 

We don’t offer refunds — we offer fixes, fast.

3. Missed Appointments / Site Not Ready

If our team arrives at the site and:

• Access is blocked

• Work conditions are unsafe

• Utilities are not properly marked

• The client is unavailable for confirmation or payment

...we reserve the right to reschedule the job and apply a rebooking fee of up to $150, or retain the deposit.

 

4. Customer Satisfaction

We aim to deliver clarity, confidence, and solid workmanship. If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of our service:

• Let us know within 7 days of completion

• We’ll assess the issue, and if it's within our control, we’ll fix it — no charge

We do not issue refunds for aesthetic preferences, minor color variations, or expectations not outlined in the written scope of work.

 

5. Digital Product or Service Downloads (if applicable)

All digital tools, checklists, and downloads are non-refundable upon delivery due to the nature of instant access.
